Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability for claims arising out of or related to the services is limited to direct damages up to the total amount paid by the client to the company under the applicable engagement during the twelve months preceding the claim. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. The organization may suspend or terminate access to services immediately for material breach, unlawful conduct, or nonpayment. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered and any applicable wind-down fees. Certain provisions of these terms, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will survive termination.
Changes to Terms
